Turkish / Lebanese Shawarma Chef Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Position: Shawarma Chef Cuisine: Turkish / Lebanese Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Turkish or Lebanese Shawarma Chef to join our restaurant team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience preparing authentic chicken and meat shawarma, with excellent knowledge of traditional marination, seasoning, cooking, carving, and presentation. Key Responsibilities * Prepare authentic Turkish/Lebanese-style chicken and meat shawarma. * Prepare and manage shawarma marinades, sauces, and seasoning according to restaurant recipes. * Operate and maintain shawarma machines safely and efficiently. * Control the temperature and cooking process to ensure consistent quality. * Slice shawarma properly and maintain consistent portion sizes. * Prepare shawarma sandwiches, plates, wraps, and related items according to restaurant standards. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shawarma station and kitchen. * Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage. * Minimize food waste and maintain proper stock levels. * Follow food safety and HACCP standards. * Work efficiently during busy service periods. * Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required. Requirements * Proven experience as a Turkish or Lebanese Shawarma Chef. * Strong experience with both chicken and meat shawarma. * Knowledge of authentic Turkish/Lebanese shawarma preparation and flavors. * Ability to consistently produce high-quality shawarma during busy hours. * Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety. * Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team. * Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC restaurants is an advantage. * Turkish or Lebanese nationality preferred. * Transferable Iqama or valid work status preferred.
